Hello everyone.. Its Auguest 14th Just wanted to make some notes in my blog..

Finally the day came for my surgery to remove the cyst from my vocal cords. It has been a long time coming.. I had the surgery Wed. August 12th I was so excited and have been waiting for this surgery for quit a while now. I am so blessed and grateful for the oppurtunity to have this surgery done.. I was so excited to finally have my beautiful voice back after losing it for so long and sounding like I was 1/2 dead.. I think I was almost more excited for this surgery then I was before getting my breast implants.. I know that sounds impossible but believe me a beautiful feminine voice is very important for a transsexual and losing my feminine voice because of the cyst was disabling to me.. I no longer sounded like I looked and it was really, really getting to me.. The longer I waited the worst it got. To make matters worse I am self employed so health insurance is NOT easy for me to come by, especially with pre existing causes.. We all know how insurance companies feel about that.. Either way.. I saved my money I visited the ENT Dr. and got the stupid disabling cyst taken care of.. I have to rest my voice now for approximately 2 weeks but I did say a few words when I woke up from surgery and I started crying a little just to hear my voice back to the norm was a blessing from God.. I honestly thought sometimes that I would never get the surgery since health insurance isn't easy to come by and surgery isn't cheap.. Thank GOD for watching out for me !!!
